**Full Time Insurance Advisor (entry level position)**
**at our Tyndall Market Mall office (850 Keewatin St)**

Crossroads Insurance is a full service Insurance Brokerage providing quality products and services with professional advice for over 45 years. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.

We have an immediate opening at our TYNDALL MARKET Mall location for a full time Insurance Advisor.

**Position Overview**:
Customer Service Rep. for walk-ins & phone calls
Processing MPI transactions
Selling Travel Insurance
Basic Residential Insurance duties incl. Taking Home Insurance Payments
Processing mail and courier
Potential to expand training in Residential Insurance

**What you would bring to the table (please read carefully)**
Must have or be willing to obtain Level 1 General Insurance License and IWS (MPI) certification
Energetic and Positive attitude
Superb Communication oral and written skills
Strong attention to detail
Dependability
Professionalism & Integrity
Self-motivator
Knowledge of MS Office products and general computer skills
Licensed Individual with TAM software experience is an asset
