**We are currently looking for a qualified Commercial Roofing and Waterproofing Estimator to join our team.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute take-offs of production documents.
- Submitting the proper measurements and tenders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our customers, consultants, and clients.
- Preparing estimates for assigned jobs.
- Preparing and following up on quotations and tenders.
- Assist with daily production operations as required.
- Assisting Service with preparing prices for extras or credits.
- Stay informed of all new materials and techniques by attending material manufacturers' trade shows, seminars, etc.
- Attending pre-tender site meetings to prepare an accurate estimate.
- Other duties as required for the successful completion of each project.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to complete take-offs from structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of various roofing systems: BUR, waterproofing, mod-bit, single-ply.
- 4-7 years of proven experience in commercial roofing and waterproofing estimating.
- G license with a clean record.
- Blueprint proficiency and a solid understanding of contract documents.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Excellent customer relations, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Estimating certificates would be considered an asset.

Expected start date: 2024-03-11

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
