Autocad Draughtsman

Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities will include:
(The following skills will be trained by company)

1: Read and interpret blueprints

2: On-site Measuring, drafting, accompany PM to meet with Clients.

3: Produce shop drawings, fabrication and installation drawings

4: Track and prioritize project timelines and ensuring quality standards are met;
5: Other office tasks such as ordering and maintain supplies.

Qualifications:
1: Valid G2/G Drivers Licence

2: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English

Computer and Technology Knowledge:
1: MS Office

2: AutoCAD (Not Mandatory)

3: Autodesk Inventor (Not Mandatory)

The company is located near 401/McCowan in Scarborough. Since you'll need to closely collaborate with the project manager, accommodation can be provided if necessary. If deemed suitable for long-term employment, assistance with immigration can also be provided.

Salary is negotiable. Applicants must have a G2 driver's license or higher, proficient in operating Office software, and preference will be given to those with academic or professional experience in architectural design.

There will be a probationary training period of 1-3 months with only basic hourly pay. Following the probationary period, there will be paid holidays plus a 4% holiday bonus, and at the end of the year, there will be a year-end bonus based on performance metrics.
