Shop Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain customer account administration;
- Provide inventory management and processing support;
- Ordering parts, writing worker orders and Generating PO’s;
- Updating equipment files;
- General administrative duties such as reception, customer service & other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance environment (fleet maintenance or shop);
- Experience with accounting and/or data entry considered an asset;
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail;
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail along with exceptional time management skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently with mínimal supervision;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
