Shipper/reciever

Cassidy Manufacturing, a modern CNC Machine Shop established in 2007 looking to add an energetic member to our Shipping Team We are a service -oriented metal and cast-iron manufacturer, serving customers mainly in the agriculture sector.

Under the direction of the shipping logistics co-ordinator, the primary tasks of this role is to prepare, load, unload incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as to assist as the back up truck driver.

If you are an experienced Shipper / Receiver with the ability to operate a 1-ton flat deck truck, then this is your opportunity to join our awesome **TEAM**

**Requirement & Skills**:

- Ability to operate forklift
- Ability to operate and load a 1 ton flat deck truck
- Secure and strap loads
- Communicate effectively with the public, customers, and co-workers both written and verbally
- Work in all environmental conditions, indoor and outdoors
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Reliable and daily attendance

**Qualifications**
- Valid class 5 drivers license
- Proven safety record and drivers abstract
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal instruction / supervision
- Manual and physical dexterity required
- Flexibility to work overtime on short notice
- Please note _**we are not located on a local transit route**_, access to reliable transportation is required._

**Salary**: $15.30-$23.25 per hour
