Skilled Tradesman

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Structural Work**: Minor wall removals, framing, and reinforcements.
- **Flooring**: Installation of tiles, hardwood, vinyl, or other flooring materials.
- **Electrical Work**: Basic wiring, lighting installation, and troubleshooting.
- **Plumbing**: Installing or repairing pipes, sinks, toilets, and drainage systems.
- **General Renovations**: Drywall, painting, trim work, and other finishings.
- **Collaborate with Supervisors** to meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in general construction or skilled trades.
- Strong **knowledge of multiple trades** such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work.
- **Ontario trade certification** (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiar with **building codes and safety regulations.**:

- **Problem-solving mindset** and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid **driver’s license** and reliable transportation to Sudbury.
- Must be comfortable working on tight timelines.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 70 per week
