**Responsibilities**:
Supports the project management team in daily activities, including but not limited to:

- ordering materials, tracking quantities, verifying material requirements, measuring and drafting full materials list
- receiving materials on site
- scheduling and assisting with/managing inspection meetings
- maintains the master schedule, adjusting project activity schedules as needed, possibly creating project schedules from scratch
- administration of contracts & other project activities
- Accurately managing the change order process, recording all relevant changes, and communicating price increases to clients in a timely manner
- occasionally act as site supervisor (project depending)
- track project status, raising concerns as appropriate, and mitigating issues as they arise
- maintain project files
- liaise with clients, answering questions where appropriate
- Negotiate and enter Purchase Orders and track budget using BuilderTrend
- manage receipt collection, entering receipts and providing information in DEXT in a timely manner
- act as warranty administrator
- tracks subcontractor progress and performance
- occasionally support office administration as required
- some minor general labour tasks as required, including pitching in with site cleanup, moving of job materials, small miscellaneous installs, etc.

Required Competencies:

- Educational background in Construction, Construction Management, or Construction Project Management.
- Min 5 years experience working in construction in some capacity, with practical knowledge from working with the Ontario Building Code.
- Must have reliable access to a vehicle, as this job requires travel to job sites across the GTA, with (relatively) clean driving record (vehicle allowance will be provided)
- Able to read and interpret plans and drawings, operations and maintenance manuals; experience with PlanSwift considered an asset
- Able to produce and develop consistent project documentation and plans
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated self-starter capable of working with mínimal supervision while on the road travelling to job sites
- Able to multi-task and prioritize, often within difficult time constraints
- Able to identify and mitigate risks
- Demonstrated initiative to get tasks done without being asked
- Strong and professional communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual, organized, and respectful of others time and space
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience, based on current competitive market rates. We also offer health & wellness benefits at 100% coverage, with NO deductibles (after 3 months of employment).
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
