Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Event Planner to join our team for a 9-month contract. As the Event Planner, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate events that align with the company's goals and objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Scarborough. Some travel to event venues will be required.

**Qualifications**

Must have experience with events including physical booth setup, logistics and multi-threaded event coordination.
- 3+ years of experience in event planning and associated marketing using HubSpot or similar tools to manage invitations and communications preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with event planning software and Google tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders and vendors
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
