**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Handling inbound calls with potential leads, new and existing customers and re-sellers
- Use proven selling techniques to qualify/condition customers and understand their requirements
- Communicating and following up on your customers on regular basis to build rapport
- Build and manage sales pipeline on the CRM
- Providing quotes over the phone and converting them into the sales

**Sales Experience is not essential but must be competent with computers. Confident, quick-witted with no fear of talking over the phone.**

**Personality**
- Must love talking as it is an essential ingredient
- Well organized, well-spoken, and friendly
- A positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Excellent memory
- Ability to listen and understand the customer needs
