Experience and Skill Set Requirements

**1. ZOS mainframe support - 25%**

**Parameters**:
**2. CA7 - 25%**

**Parameters**:
**3. Documentation and Communication skills - 5%**

**Parameters**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of Incident and Change Management activities.
- Demonstrated ability for strong documentation and writing skills.
- Demonstrated experience in presentation, verbal and written communications skills.

**4. Technical and problem solving - 5%**

**Parameters**:
Demonstrated abilities to administer and maintain continuous operations of production scheduling and batch processing.

**5. Service Management tools - 5%**

**Parameters**:
Demonstrated knowledge of Service Management Tools such as eSMT, CIT, Remedy and ITIL.

**6. Communications, Collaborations and analytics tools - 5%**

**Parameters**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of OS365 Suite of products.
- Demonstrated Ability to review and access ongoing and changing client requirements.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $400.00-$600.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
