**About the Role**

The Cybersecurity Coordinator reports to the Identity and Compliance Team Lead and will be responsible for will be responsible for general day-to-day activities, and project-oriented tasks meant to contribute to the protection of Graham’s data and systems. This exciting student co-op placement will have the opportunity to function with Graham’s Cybersecurity team and work on various exciting initiatives.

**As a Cybersecurity Coordinator at Graham, you will**:

- Provide security access reviews, reports and remediation
- Complete security education and awareness activities
- Complete documentation review, validation and remediation
- Coordinate and monitor assigned program activities to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with standards, policies, and procedures
- Security Operations Center Activities
- Dashboard reviews and improvements
- Triage events
- Build reports and dashboard
- Vulnerability assessment and remediation
- Participate in Cybersecurity Awareness Month planning and activities
- Review existing processes and procedures and provide assessment
- Compete day to day “best practice” implementation of new tools and procedures
- Review insider threat and data leakage systems
- Maintain and update records and files
- Attend team meetings and information sessions, as required

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Enrolled in a Computer Science, IT, Marketing or Communications program
- Previous Co-op experience is a definite asset
- Outstanding professional communication, writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and InDesign) and MS Office Suite
- High level of organization with a methodical approach to workloads
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under demanding deadlines and work schedules
- Energetic self-starter who is committed to providing outstanding service both to the internal team and to Graham's clients
- Open minded with the ability to accept feedback, and pivot with the needs of the business
- Dependable, collaborative, and committed to quality work
