As a result of the rapid growth of our company, we are seeking a **Dry Mist Project Manager.**

Reporting directly to the VP of Enigneering, this individual will be responsible for supporting the rapid growth of the Dry Mist business unit.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide project leadership for the Dry Mist (DM) humidification systems business unit:

- Perform system configuration of DM systems, including calculations of capacities, selection of components etc.
- Prepare bid estimates and support sales team in promotion of DM business.
- Schedule subcontractors and internal resources to execute project.
- Support purchasing in managing suppliers.
- Work with fabrication and design teams to determine best production solutions
- Implement processes and configure factory
- Create documentation to support the equipment.
- Install local (and perhaps remote) DM systems in Franesse-made and customer equipment.
- Support and develop the organization (purchasing, sales, service, manufacturing design etc.) to create a thriving DM business.
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching of third-party technicians and subcontractors.
- Assist (from time to time) in purchasing parts and services related to the above.
- Provide leadership in proposing technical and operational solutions for customers.
- Identify and implement improvements in the DM business activities leading to increased customer satisfaction, growth, and profitability.
- Work with other team members involved in refrigeration, fabrication, and value-added assembly to develop products and methods.

**Experience / Skills**
- Several years of experience in retail systems or equivalent industrial experience as electromechanical systems technician/developer.
- Familiarity with retail / industry regulations
- Safety
- Environmental
- Electrical (UL/CSA etc.)
- Food preservation, hygiene etc. NSF
- Computer literacy Word, Excel, CAD etc.

**Working conditions**:

- Inside position with occasional outside technical/installation/testing work
- 37.5 Hours per week
- Overtime only when specifically authorized or billable to client.
- Some local and occasional country-wide travel to client’s sites for installation, troubleshooting and/or to assess and assist potential customers
