Recreational Gymnastics Coach

We are currently hiring recreational gymnastics coaches that have a true passion for working with children.

**Gymalaya Vaughan **is a recreational gymnastics facility located in Vaughan, Ontario (just five minutes from York University). Gymalaya, with locations in Vaughan, Newmarket and Burlington was founded in 2006 and has been serving the York Region community for over 13 years. Gymalaya state-of-the-art facility is bright, clean, colourful, and fully equipped. Our professionally developed, non-competitive curriculum is designed to build physical, mental and social skills while having tons of fun.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Teach gymnastics to young children (ages 18 months to 10 years). You do not need to prepare lesson plans, set up your stations or write report cards. Everything is provided
- Teach and lead our awesome birthday parties
- Teach summer camps and other camps/clinics offered by us
- Participate in our staff training meetings and clinics

**You must have**:

- A big smile on your face and endless enthusiasm
- Be passionate about working with young children and toddlers
- Available to work summer camp
- Ability to work some evenings/weekends (2-4 shifts a week)
- Able to commit for a long term employment
- A background in gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, fitness, yoga, teaching, physical education
- Be mature, reliable and on time
- Be a great team player
