**DEPARTMENT**: DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING
**POSITION**: ULTRASOUND SONOGRAPHER
PERMANENT PART-TIME
**SUMMARY OF DUTIES**:
Performs diagnostic and/or therapeutic ultrasound procedures within the Department of Diagnostic Imaging, working within scope of practice and maintaining patient confidentiality.
**QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/MUST HAVE**:
Registered with ARDMS or CARDUP
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of computers
Successful completion of a recognized program in diagnostic medical ultrasound OR on the job training with a minimum of three (3) years full time clinical experience in abdominal scanning, preferably in an accredited teaching center.
**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
1-year experience in similar setting
Ability to work alone if radiologist not present
**SALARY RANGE**: $36.84-$38.27-$39.87-$39.87-$41.45-$43.04-$44.62-$46.21-$47.78-$51.77
