**Role: Contract - Work from home**:
**WHO YOU ARE**:
You are an experienced editor who likes to work from home. We or you can provide gear (let’s discuss). It doesn’t matter to us where you live, you just need to have a good internet connection and to be good with Zoom calls when needed.

We are looking for someone who is used to shorter format pieces of 3-5 minutes. That being said, we are also exploring the idea of creating 10 half-hour online episodes from the growing body of vignettes you edit.

We want someone with lifestyle series experience as the vignettes will follow unfolding community stories over time. We want the quirks, charm and essence of each character to shine through with your talents.

You are someone who has an excellent sense of pacing and knows how to use images, sound and pauses for punctuation in a piece. We’d prefer you edit in Premiere as our other editors already have that workflow here but we won’t let a platform difference of opinion get in the way of a great team fit. After Effects experience is an asset.

Salary will match experience level.

Our team is spread across southern Ontario. We liked remote working even before COVID and intend to keep our team remote to provide a better balance to our work week. We believe a work-life balance keeps our team inspired and creative.
