**Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher**

**Duties**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
- Follow all licensing regulations and maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Attend professional development trainings and meetings as required

**Skills**:

- Classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan and organize daily activities
- Knowledge of childcare best practices and child development theories
- Must be willing to work all shifts if needed.
- Must be willing to work until 5:30 if required
- Must be able to provide a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-equipped classroom
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting
- Must be available for in person interview
- Ability to effectively communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.64 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
