**Job Status : Permanent - Monday to Friday 11am to 7 pm**

Located in the City of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Bloom Retirement Community is looking for a Dining Room Supervisor - to fill a permanent position - Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm. All services in the organization are designed to meet the needs and well-being of our residents. Come and be part of the Bloom Community in order to make a positive impact on our resident’s lives

**Specifically, your tasks with us will look like**:

- Welcome residents to the dining room and ensure their comfort
- Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
- Perform all other related tasks
- Manage residents' guest reservations and ensure their comfort
- Ensure the quality of services provided to residents and their families
- Ensure a high level of customer service
- Ensure effective communication within the team and throughout the residence
- Manage staff scheduling and staff call ins

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Smart Serve Certification (preferred)
