Landscaping Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Operator to join our team. As a Landscaping Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment, including bobcats and mini excavators, to assist in various landscaping projects. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong attention to detail to ensure the successful completion of each project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate bobcats and mini excavators to perform tasks such as grading, trenching, excavating, and backfilling.
- Transport materials, equipment, and debris safely and efficiently around job sites.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Assist in the installation and construction of landscapes, including hardscaping and grading projects.
- Follow project plans, grading plans, and instructions to complete tasks accurately and on schedule.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and maximize productivity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Experience operating bobcats and mini excavators in a landscaping or construction environment.
- Proficiency in operating and maneuvering heavy equipment with precision and control.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
