**Opportunity Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our Project Management team and help us continue to deliver ground-breaking software. Day-to-day you’ll be working with our team to ensure consistency in the client experience. You will be managing the implementation of our solutions and provide best practices to our clients regarding using Upland products.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
We promise you won’t get bored Your main tasks, responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Manage multiple implementations projects concurrently within scope, on time and on budget.
- Manage day-to-day project aspects and tasks of the projects assigned.
- Create and track projects against the project plan, manage risks in a timely manner, prepare actions plans, and escalate when appropriate.
- Report progress to Senior Managers & Customers based on a regular basis.
- Manage customer expectations, including reviewing customer deliverables, and items in scope.
- Responsible for project budgets and forecasting.
- Define and manage out of scope requests and changes.
- Manage all implementation related issues, ensuring that all of them are followed through to completion.
- Build and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship across all disciplines, while ensuring that key business drivers are addressed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Management, IT or Equivalent.
- Minimum three to five years of similar experience in project management.
- Leadership and autonomy to your immediate team and organization.
- Client-focused - must be an active listener and great negotiator.
- Attentive to details.
- High ownership, very organized, methodical and a problem-solver.
- Strong ability to influence and hold people accountable to project scope and timelines.
- Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great presentation skills.
- Excellent communicator.
- Knowledge of MS office a must.

**Desired Skills**:

- Knowledge of Project and Profolio management solutions is a plus.
- PMP/Prince 2 certification or equivalent.

- Gérer plusieurs implémentations de projets simultanément et en respectant leur portée, leur échéancier et leur budget.
- Gérer les aspects quotidiens des tâches associées aux projets en cours.
- Créer puis faire un suivi selon le plan de projet, gérer les risques ponctuellement, préparer des plans d’action et escalader si nécessaire.
- Rapporter l’évolution des projets aux gestionnaires séniors et aux clients sur une base régulière.
- Gérer les attentes des clients, incluant une revue des livrables aux clients et des éléments en cours.
- Produire les budgets et les prévisions de projet.
- Identifier et gérer les requêtes et les changements qui sont en dehors du cadre normal.
- Gérer tous les problèmes reliés à l’implantation et s’assurer qu’ils sont tous réglés avant l’échéance.
- Bâtir et maintenir une relation positive et collaborative entre les différentes disciplines, tout en s’assurant que les motivations clés d’affaire soient respectées.

**Les impératifs**:

- Baccalauréat en gestion, TI ou équivalent.
- Un minimum de trois à cinq années d’expérience similaire en gestion de projets.
- Leadership et autonomie envers votre équipe immédiate et l’organisation.
- Priorité aux clients - doit être un auditeur actif et un excellent négociateur.
