Woodworking Labourer

Neufeld furniture is a growing custom cabinet and furniture company located in the Cowichan Valley with a focus on high end products ranging from small pieces to complete home millwork packages.

We are looking for a full time woodworking laborer to join our team.

Job will entail sanding, assembly, material prep and other tasks depending on ability.

**Requirements**:

- General knowledge of hand tools, chop saw, table saw, etc.
- Able to follow directions and safety procedures.
- Assertive with giving feedback and looking for improved practices.
- Must have good stamina, dexterity, strong back and able to lift 50lbs.
- Dependable, conscientious, organized and works well in a team environment.

Wages are competitive and will be negotiated depending on experience.

Benefits go into effect after three months.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
