**Responsibilities**:
As a Sommelier at Mercuri 109, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager, an ITHQ-certified sommelier, in managing the wine program. Your duties will include meticulous inventory management, curating the wine list in tandem with the General Manager, and joinlty organizing engaging weekly wine classes for the staff.

**Specific Tasks**:

- **Inventory Management**:Maintain precise control over the wine cellar inventory.
- **Wine List Curation**:Collaborate with the General Manager to select wines that complement the gastronomical offerings.
- **Staff Wine Classes**:Plan and conduct weekly educational wine sessions for the staff.
- **Active Participation in Services**:Engage actively during lunch and dinner services, providing expert wine recommendations and up-sells to patrons.

**Requirements**:

- (Ideal) Sommelier Certification
- (Ideal) Proven experience in cellar management and (mandatory) comprehensive knowledge of wines
- Passion for educating both staff and clientele
- Collaborative spirit for working closely with the General Manager and the team
