**The role we are offering you**:
By joining the finance team in the Simulation Products/Civil division, under the direction of the SP/C Group Leader you will have the responsibility over preparation and analysis of financial information. Ready to:

- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations of the different accounts;
- Produce monthly reports and analysis to support the results to be presented to SP/C management;
- Complete financial analysis and provide solutions to identified issues;
- Balance sheet forecasting and tracking of capital expenditures;
- Interact with the different groups (Tax, Treasury, Internal audit, Corporate, etc.) to respond to ad hoc inquiries;
- Analyze revenue recognition criteria and conclude on adequate accounting treatment accord to IFRS.
- Complete accounting memos for the SP/C segment;
- Implement innovative solutions to various processes;
- Work on implementation of new accounting standards;
- Participate in projects with the various groups that interact with the SP/C segment.
- University Degree in accounting or finance;
- Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent);
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience in financial and management reporting and analysis for upper management;
- Comfortable dealing with complex accounting and financial transactions and issues and providing recommendations;
- Self motivated;
- Decisiveness and critical thinking;
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and work well under pressure in a result driven environment;
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills;
- Knowledge of Oracle, HFM and/or Hyperion Planning system an asset;
- Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset.
