**STERILIZATION ASSISTANT / CLINICAL ASSISTANT**

**Your tasks at a glance**
- You are the master of keeping our tools clean and sterile.
- You receive, sort, disassemble, decontaminate, clean, assemble, wrap, sterilize and store instruments.
- You keep accurate records of sterile items.
- You make sure to rotate stock (FIFO) and reprocess outdated supplies.
- You are patient and can stand for long periods of time, while doing repetitive movements and remaining focused on tasks.
- You adhere to sterilization standards and ensure that they are met on a regular basis.
- You will be cross-trained as a Clinical Assistant.

- You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également.
- You have a keen interest in healthcare and high-tech equipment.
- You have a sense of responsibility and take your role seriously.
- You are motivated to learn and develop within the company.
- Sterile Processing Technician certificate or a Medical Device Reprocessing Technician course (MDRT) is NOT required, but is considered an asset.
- You are flexible to work different schedules:

- Surgery days: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (approx. 3 days/week);
- Non-surgery days: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
