2023 Summer Wealth Management, 4 months, Private Banking Associate | Associé(e), Banque privée

**What is the opportunity?**

**What will you do?**
- You will be an everyday banking expert specialized in delivering the Black Card Experience through high-level service and support, transaction excellence, digital education, and opportunity spotting
- Resolve client concerns at first point of contact in a highly professional, timely, and accurate manner
- Maximize the use of technology and champion digital education to enable our clients to engage with RBC through the channel of their choice

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (in order to serve French and English-speaking clients in the Québec market)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven client service skills
- Excellent organizational skills

**Nice-to-have**
- Completion of IFC or CSC
- Post-secondary education in Commerce or Business Administration

**En quoi consiste l’occasion d’emploi ?**

En tant que membre clé de l’équipe Banque privée, l’associé(e) de la Banque privée est responsable d’offrir une expérience client supérieure en répondant aux demandes de service par courriel ou par téléphone et en cernant les besoins non satisfaits des clients au moyen d’une démarche exploratoire durant les interactions quotidiennes avec ceux-ci. Vous assurerez également l’habilitation numérique des clients pour qu’ils puissent interagir avec RBC par le mode de prestation de leur choix.

**Quelles seront vos tâches ?**
- Agir comme expert(e) des services bancaires courants, spécialisé(e) dans l’offre du Privilège carte noire grâce à la prestation d’un service et d’un soutien de grande qualité, à l’excellence des services transactionnels, à l’habilitation numérique et à la recherche d’occasions
- En tant que membre de l’équipe d’associé(e)s de la Banque privée, offrir une expérience personnalisée à tous les clients de Banque privée qui transmettent une demande de service en personne, par courriel ou par téléphone
- Répondre aux préoccupations des clients avec professionnalisme, rapidité et précision, au premier point de contact
- Exploiter au maximum les outils technologiques et assurer l’habilitation numérique des clients pour qu’ils puissent interagir avec RBC par le mode de prestation de leur choix

**Exigences**
- Solides aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais (afin de servir la clientèle francophone et anglophone au sein du marché québécois)
- Solide connaissance pratique de la suite Microsoft Office
- Compétences manifestes pour le service à la clientèle
- Grand sens de l’organisation

**Atouts**
- Réussite des cours FIC ou CCVM
- Études postsecondaires en commerce ou en administration des affaires
