Prairies Claims Manager

As Prairies Claims Manager for AGD and CHA your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Lead, coach and train the team of Adjusters

Actively recruit new Adjusters to ensure we have capacity to timely handle all claims

Develop an in-field reporting structure that maximizes the efficiency and accuracy of claims handling

Participate in the development and deployment of Caddie in field

Develop and execute the bi-annual Adjuster conference (2023)

Conduct Adjusters audits to ensure claims are accurately paid

Perform other duties as assigned by the EVP
