As the Information Technology (IT) Business Management Specialist you will act as a liaison for the IT external audit activities, including providing support for planning, coordination of respective stakeholders, submission and exception remediation. You will support various IT initiatives by identifying key stakeholders and their needs, managing the feedback collection process, developing reports, and aligning goals through review and validation.

**How you will create impact**:

- Creating and actively managing the annual IT audit schedule in collaboration with the external vendor, including payment and industry data security compliance.
- Reviewing and analyzing the risk assessment and proactively identifying focus areas, ensuring alignment of respective IT stakeholders with audit assessment results and clarifying follow up actions for recommendations.
- Coordinating training and development initiatives for the IT department through skill gap analysis, needs assessment, recommendations, vendor research, selection and administrating eLearning platform.
- Supporting the leadership team in managing their budget with monthly variance analysis, ongoing forecasts and tracking consultant or contractor spend.
- Planning various IT events and responding to ad hoc requests for information gathering and consolidation.

**To join our team**:

- You have five years of experience in a corporate support function in the insurance industry, preferably in roles like Business Analyst, Project Coordinator etc.
- You have a post-secondary education in a related discipline.
- You have basic knowledge and familiarity with project management methodologies.
