Food Service Supervisor

Supervisor duties description:

- Managing staff by supervising their work and coordinating their work schedules.
- Tracking total weekly purchases and maintain records of inventory.
- Supervising food preparation to ensure that food safety and operations standards are maintained.
- Dealing with customer issues and resolve complaints.
- Managing suppliers for food, soft drinks and other supplies for the store.
- Ensuring that all sales, budget and profit goals are met.
- Enforcing sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen, dining areas and restrooms.
- Working to create and maintain an enjoyable and respectful environment for our guests and employees.
- Performing paperwork duties and assists with product orders as needed,
- Maintaining & implementing a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Additional duties are as follows:

- Taking customer orders either at the front counter or drive thru.
- Making and Filling orders for customers
- Preparing food product for use on the line.
- Prepare the lines for busy periods.
- Stock and refill items after a rush.
- Cleaning tasks as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $13.60-$15.40 per hour
