**Company Overview**:
We are a mobile catering service offering live waffle stations at events across the Greater Toronto Area. Our team brings freshly made waffles with a variety of toppings to weddings, corporate events, festivals, and other special occasions. We are seeking a reliable, experienced driver with their own car to transport our waffle-making stations, equipment, and supplies to and from event venues in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.

As a **Driver / Equipment Transporter**, your primary responsibility will be to transport our waffle stations, waffle makers, cooking equipment, and supplies to event venues across the GTA. You will load and unload equipment and ensure everything is securely packed for transport. Once at the event location, you’ll deliver the equipment to the designated area, ensuring everything is set up and ready to go. After the event, you will return all equipment to our base.

This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to safely handle equipment, and excellent time management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Transport waffle stations, waffle makers, cooking supplies, and equipment to and from event venues across the GTA using your own vehicle.
- Load and unload equipment, including waffle makers, tables, and serving supplies.
- Ensure all equipment is packed securely for safe transport, using proper padding, straps, and other protective materials.
- Drive safely and efficiently to ensure timely arrival at event locations.
- Set up and break down waffle stations at events, with the potential for assistance depending on the event size.
- Maintain clear communication with the event team to ensure smooth pick-ups, deliveries, and set-up.
- Perform light maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
- Maintain your vehicle in a clean and functional state, ensuring it is ready for each transport.

**Qualifications**:

- **Valid driver’s license** with a clean driving record.
- **Own vehicle** (preferably a larger car, SUV, or cargo van to accommodate equipment).
- **Experience** driving larger vehicles (e.g., cargo vans, trucks) preferred.
- **Physical ability** to lift and carry equipment.
- Strong organizational and **time management skills**.
- Reliable, **punctual**, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the **Greater Toronto Area (GTA)** and ability to navigate the region efficiently.
- Previous experience in transporting foodservice equipment, event setups, or catering is a plus, but not required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with foodservice or catering equipment, particularly waffle stations, waffle makers, or similar.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including **evenings and weekends**.
- Strong customer service skills, as you may interact with event staff or clients at the venue.
