We are currently looking for a Hexagon Smart Materials Procurement Administrator. This position requires providing hands on expertise in the use, data entry and workflow of Hexagon Smart Materials environment on projects. This role provides on project support for procurement and contracts management as well as the training and development of additional project users.

**About the Role**
- Assist buyers, contract administrators and expeditors in the use and inputs into SMAT
- Assist in providing procurement and contract management services n strategic projects
- Provides guidance and consultation for procurement resources and project managers
- Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
- Provide support through technical excellence in systems and procedures across the full procurement and contracts project lifecycle

**About You**
- Post Secondary education in IT, engineering, and/or business administration.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing, contract management, and materials management on Metals and Minerals EPC and EPCM projects
- Minimum 3 years’ hands on experience managing entire life-cycle for projects in Smart Materials.
- Technical software requirements - Hexagon SMAT User or Administration experience
- Capable of ensuring adherence to recommended Project Management best practices
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
