Journalist

We're looking to hire two news reporters for our Hawkesbury office.

**Duties**
- Write articles on a variety of local issues, including community events, sports, arts, and the results of municipal meetings
- Commute to local events across the region to take pictures, record video, and conduct interviews
- Layout pages using InDesign
- Post articles to the website and mobile app

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor's in Journalism, or 2-4 years equivalent experience
- Bilingualism is a strong asset
- You must have your own vehicle to attend events around the region

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- journalism: 1 year (preferred)
