**Advance Paper Box Ltd **is looking for a **full-time Shipper/Receiver **to join our team, who will provide support to Logistics Coordinator for ensuring timely shipping and receiving of all incoming and outgoing orders and help other production departments

**Advance Paper Box** is a fully integrated folding carton manufacturing facility including design, die making, printing, die cutting and gluing. Our customers range from food and pharmaceutical manufacturers to computer software and automotive supply companies. **Shift Schedule continental shifts: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m, weekly rotations**

**week 1- Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun and week 2- Wed, Thurs**

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Loading/Unloading trucks. Inspect and verify incoming goods and record shortages, damaged goods and immediately reports discrepancies to carriers, supervisors, and purchasing officer per company policy.
- Fulfill customer orders for outbound daily shipping’s.
- Responsible for delivering all the incoming raw materials to their designated departments.
- Ensure that the Day/Night sheeter has rolls set up for production and monitor throughout the day and for availability of rolls for sheeting department using Clamp Truck.
- Perform inventory and cycle count checks
- Help with removal full and empty bins, cages, bales, and skids
- Maintain organization and paperwork including but not limited to packing lists, waybills, purchase orders and other.
- Maintain workspace and cleanliness and ensure movement of products and materials (up to 50 lbs.) are using hand jack or by forklift only.
- Other duties as assigned.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- Two (2) years manufacturing experience with experience in using forklift
- Previous warehouse experience/Shipper Receiver will be considered an asset.
- Must be able to use a forklift and clamp truck to safely load and unload trucks.
- Must be comfortable working with a computer and have a good grasp of numbers.
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision and in a team environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

**Physical Capabilities**:

- Must be physically fit to load and unload trucks at regular intervals
- Some heavy lifting is required
- Frequent walking and standing for extended periods of time
