Aerial Photographer

We are currently seeking new members to join our young and growing company. Established in 2012, we've quickly become Vancouver Island's go-to resource for real estate marketing materials. We work closely with our clients (Real Estate Agents and Property Managers) to develop professional marketing materials for each of their properties. Customer service is king in our world and we look for people who have high standards for communication to join our fun & inclusive team.

**Summary of Role**:
This is an entry level position in which the Drone Technician is responsible for capturing and editing aerial photos and video of residential properties. Equipment and training are provided. The technician uses his or her own vehicle to attend appointments as assigned.

**Job Type**:Part-time

**Salary**:$16.50 per hour + Milestone Bonuses + Mileage Reimbursement

**Required Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 completion or equivalent
- Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (class 5 or 7)

**Hours**:

- Approximately 40-60 hours per month.
- This position accommodates other employment, schooling &/or hobbies.
- Appointments are scheduled between 8 am and 5:30 pm on weekdays.
- The technician must have a minimum of 28 hours of availability (4 hr+ blocks) during the above ^^ time. More availability is an asset.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- UAV experience & licenses an asset, but not required
- Is punctual and communicates constructively
- Ability to work remotely & independently
- Enjoys small talk & meeting new people
- Possesses strong computer/ technological skills
- Is able to frequently kneel, bend, squat, and relocate equipment (5-20 Ibs) small distances

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Uses own vehicle to drive to / from assigned locations between Qualicum (north) and Duncan (south)
- Use provided equipment & software to deliver photos & video of residential properties
- Attends company meetings and training sessions
- Provides information about services and policies to clients
- Looks for opportunities to improve our business and elevate our clients experience
- Maintains accurate activity records
- Represents the company & clients in a professional manner at all times
