**In joining our team in a full time capacity, you will work in a state of the art facility, join a team of very happy, hard working employees, and be patiently taught the ins and outs of maintaining a car wash. We keep things fun, we keep things engaging, and our main objective is to exceed our customers expectations and have you looking forward to coming to work**

**Red Hill Car Wash offers a genuine, state of the art 100 foot tunnel for automatic washing, 6 bays for self serve washing, and 6 self serve vacuum stations.**

**We offer a generous commission structure paid to each employee that enlists customers in VIP MEMBERSHIPS. This can double your paycheck if you hustle**

**Requirements**:

- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Must be available to work one shift on the weekend if required.
- Flexibility is required for the position.
- Live in relative proximity to our Waterdown location.
- This is an outdoor job - you will be outside for the duration of your shift in all weather, consider the cold and hot weather.
- Must have a working cell phone with a data package and be responsive prior to, and during your shift.

**Main Responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to**:

- Clean bays and empty garbage cans
- Prep the vehicles before they entre the tunnel
- Sell VIP memberships and promote our services (commission)
- Keep the property clean
- Shovel dirt from car wash bays
- Ensure compliance with our environmental strategy & pollution reduction program
- Greet all customers
- Basic equipment maintenance
- Maintain inventory levels
- Shovel and use snow blower (winter)
- Cut grass (summer)
- Be knowledgeable about all equipment and payment options
- Being able to lift 50 pounds is a bonafide requirement for the job

**Work Experience/Desired Skills**:

- Any kind of physical labour conducted outside, in all seasons
- Proficient using tools to fix things
- General mechanical / technical aptitude
- Autonomy - must be able to work on your own
