An exciting retirement residence located in St. Boniface is looking for a fantistic individual to be our new cook for PART time hours.

A minimum of 2 years food handling/preparation experience. A working knowledge of banquet/buffet cooking. A current and valid food handling certificate is required. Clean, organized and punctual. Basic understanding of care and maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment. Some scratch baking knowledge an asset. Ability to work as a team or independently.

Complete ability to communicate with co-workers and residents in a professional manner.

A City of Winnipeg Police Service current police record and vulnerable sector check is required prior to hire date

OPEN Availability is Required between the hours of 6:30 AM-6:30 PM Monday-Sunday

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
