Toronto, Canada Worksite Safety Full time

**Compensation**:
**$55,000/year - $60,000/year**

This is a 6 month contract with an opportunity to transition to a permanent role.

**Requirements**:

- Strong copywriting experience
- Strong technical aptitude for learning new tools & platforms, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

**Nice to have**:

- Working knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce platforms
- Experience working with eCommerce products and tools
- Experience in creating and maintaining social content across a variety of platforms
- Bilingual proficiency (English/French)

The** Marketing Automation Specialist **role is highly collaborative, focusing on **building automated marketing campaigns** to increase conversions and reach customers at critical points throughout the customer journey. This role requires someone very comfortable with **copywriting**, **experimentation**, **understanding customer intent**, and a desire to **optimize the customer journey**. This role requires someone with an exceptional eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to self-manage multiple projects and timelines. This role offers the opportunity for the successful applicant to grow both their skills and career based on successful performance and a willingness to learn.

**Your role will be primarily focused on the following**:

- Learning Worksite’s products front to back
- Copywriting

**Experimentation (25%)**:

- Finding new ways to engage with Worksite’s wide variety of customers

**Professional Development (10%)**
- Participating in Worksite Safety's training programs to gain first hand experience with product catalogue, market, and the problems that those products solve for our end-users
