- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate sanding
- Inspect sanded surfaces for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Clean and maintain sanding equipment to ensure proper functioning

As a Sander, you will play a crucial role in preparing surfaces for finishing by operating sanding equipment and ensuring the quality of the sanded surfaces. Your attention to detail, ability to follow blueprints, and proficiency in using various tools will contribute to the overall success of our projects. Additionally, your skills in electrical systems and welding will be valuable for specialized sanding tasks.

Please note that this position requires physical stamina as it involves standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials. Additionally, attention to safety protocols is essential.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
