We are currently hiring **Full-Time Assistant Aquatic Managers** for **THREE **of our Aqua-Tots locations (Mississauga East, Heartland, Burlington). You will work in tandem with the General Managers and Aquatics Managers to ensure flawless management of swim instruction staff, monitor lesson progression, and adhere to and uphold the curriculum and values of the Aqua-Tots brand. Employment can begin immediately.

**Responsibilities, Work with the Aquatic Managers to**:

- Implement Aqua-Tots curriculum and teaching philosophies
- Effectively hire, train, and mentor aquatic staff
- Monitor timesheets for aquatic staff
- Maintain and review instructor schedules for facility
- Implement and input the quarterly swim lesson schedule into the mainframe software under the supervision of the Aquatic Manager
- Evaluate aquatic staff performance regularly and identify findings along with opportunities for development to Aquatic Manager
- Oversee substitute instructors, resolve scheduling conflicts, keep track of vacation requests, and report all to the Aquatic Manager
- Help anticipate staffing needs
- Teach swim lessons
- Monitor and manage aquatic staff evaluations and coach pool deck supervisors
- Help manage all pool safety and maintenance operations
- Develop the next generation of excellent swim instructors for Aqua-Tots

**Position Requirements**:

- Current NL and CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisor role in an aquatic setting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the aquatics industry
- Become Master Water Safety Instructor certified (Paid Training Provided)
- Certified Pool Operator Certification (preferred)
- _Full Time employment: 30-40 Hours_

**Position Overview**:

- Work with the Aquatic Manager on Aqua-Tots Swim Schools daily operations thereby, ensuring company core values, customer satisfaction, and revenue streams are implemented and maintained.
- Work with the Owner, GM and Regional Manager to effectively oversee all aspects of Aquatics operations, including: hiring, scheduling, aquatics meetings, assessing analytics and reporting, assisting in marketing initiatives, ensuring flawless lessons, and more.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
