**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests courteously as they arrive and offer coat check services.
- Receive coats, bags, and other personal items from guests and issue claim tickets.
- Safely store guests' belongings in designated areas, ensuring they are organized and easily retrievable.
- Maintain accurate records of items checked in and out, including guest information and any special instructions.
- Monitor the coat check area to ensure security and prevent theft or loss of items.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with retrieving their belongings promptly and courteously.
- Answer any questions guests may have about the coat check process or other services offered by the establishment.
- Keep the coat check area clean and organized, including regular tidying and occasional vacuuming.
- Adhere to all relevant safety and security procedures, including handling lost and found items according to established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the coat check service.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guests' belongings and maintaining records.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating fees.
- Physical stamina for standing and moving for extended periods, as well as lifting and carrying coats and bags.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a neat and tidy appearance.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred, but not always required.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
