**This is a management position, with hands-on responsibility and accountability**

Reponsibilities:

- Lead and direct our warehouse team.
- Responsibilities include hiring, training and directing individuals who are performing entry-level production positions on one of our fast-paced shifts
- meeting daily productivity and quality requirements
- maintaining inventory control
- training partners on company safety policies
- ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and regulations; and emphasizing a culture of safety at the location overall.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach work teams to achieve performance, quality, cost and service goals
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and ADAPTABLILITY
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong numeric aptitude
- Good computer skills, Intermediate level Microsoft Office Word & Excel
- Aptitude to exhibit, RESPECT and protect company Values in a changing environment
- Certified JHSC Member as an asset
- Fluency in Mandarin and English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
