**Job description**

**Karen’s Flower Shop has been a family-run Milton business for over 55+ years. We pride ourselves in offering a variety of local and imported flowers and plants, along with related giftware items.**

**The Day-to-Day**

Greet and engage with customers, providing a welcoming environment.

Perform opening and closing procedures, including shop cleaning and organization to set the team up for success each day.

Preparing and merchandising flowers and plants for store display and sales

Wrap daily orders with accuracy and attention to detail

Maintaining well organized and clean work area

Maintain stock levels on all necessary supplies

Available to work on occasional Saturdays

Operate the POS system, accurately handle financial transactions, and facilitate seamless cash out experience for customers

Maintain the overall shop cleanliness and visual aesthetic through retail merchandising

Handle confidential customer and business information is sensitive and responsive manner

Keep up do date on all products (flowers, plants, gift line) to be able to advise and assist customers effectively
