**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods, including meats, vegetables, and seafood, according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding kitchen area.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and marinating meats.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in a food service or restaurant environment, specifically in cooking or grilling roles.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Attention to detail when following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- A passion for the culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.26-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
