Asphalt Paver Operator

**Role Purpose**:

- Operate Paver safely & effectively.
- Communicate effectively with crew members
- Check the screed and its settings to ensure the correct width and depth of asphalt
- Check the surface condition to ensure the asphalt is laid to the correct specification
- Calibrate the asphalt paver machine to ensure it is working correctly
- Ensure that the asphalt paver is loaded with the correct asphalt mix
- Monitor the asphalt paver machine and make adjustments as needed
- Perform regular maintenance of the asphalt paver machine

**Position Requirements**:

- Ability to operate and maintain asphalt paver machines
- Experience in asphalt paving and road construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
