There is an exciting opportunity to join the Maintenance team in Vancouver as a Maintenance Lead.

- The Maintenance Lead will work alongside Senior Management and lead a team of Technicians who will be responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of equipment and facilities.
- Delegating maintenance tasks/schedules to the rest of the team and finding relevant vendors and service providers.
- Developing and implementing maintenance plans.
- Facilitating and overseeing capital improvement projects.
- Supporting the Maintenance team on tools/jobs whenever necessary.
- Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
- Keeping track of and ordering necessary supplies and material inventories.
- Purchasing of any required equipment, tools, or materials.
- Updating maintenance logs for all onsite equipment.
- Ensuring basic tools and machinery are in working order by performing regular inspections.
- Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.
- Managing work orders.
- Processing invoices from vendors and 3rd party service companies
- Organize, file, and archive necessary documents or warranties.

**Summary of Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Maintenance and leading a team is required.
- Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem-solving and prioritizing workloads
- Clear spoken and written communication skills
- Capable of managing a variety of projects simultaneously
