To help us spread the word and share our love for ramen, we are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Ramen Restaurant Sample Ambassador.

As a Ramen Restaurant Sample Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our restaurant and enticing potential customers with delicious samples of our signature ramen dishes. You will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and distributing samples while standing and engaging directly with customers to educate them about our menu and the unique qualities of our ramen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sample Preparation**:

- Prepare and cook ramen samples following our restaurant's recipes and standards.
- Ensure all samples are presented attractively and are of high quality.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and interact with potential customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Share detailed knowledge about our ramen dishes, ingredients, cooking methods, and the restaurant's story.
- Answer any questions customers may have about the menu and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- **Promotion and Marketing**:

- Encourage customers to visit our restaurant and try our full menu.
- Distribute promotional materials, such as menus, discount coupons, or event flyers.
- **Setup and Clean Up**:

- Maintain a clean and organized working area.
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed during sample preparation and distribution.
- Clean up any materials and equipment used for sample preparation at the end of each shift.

**Qualifications**:

- Passionate about food and knowledgeable about ramen and Japanese cuisine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with people of all ages and backgrounds enthusiastically.
- Basic cooking skills and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
