**Job Title: Car Dealership Concierge**

**Job Summary**:
As a Car Dealership Concierge, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients visiting the dealership. You will serve as the first point of contact, welcoming customers and assisting them throughout their dealership experience. Your role involves creating a positive and memorable customer journey, ensuring their needs are met and questions are addressed promptly.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Greeting and Reception**:

- Warmly welcome customers as they enter the dealership.
- Provide a friendly and professional first impression.
- Direct customers to appropriate departments or personnel.

2. **Customer Assistance**:

- Assist customers in locating specific vehicles or models of interest.
- Provide information on features, specifications, and pricing.
- Arrange test drives and coordinate with sales representatives.

3. **Appointment Coordination**:

- Schedule appointments for test drives, service visits, and meetings with sales or finance teams.
- Manage appointment calendars efficiently to optimize customer flow.

4. **Customer Inquiry Handling**:

- Provide accurate and timely information regarding vehicle availability, promotions, and dealership services.

5. **Customer Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with customers after their visit to gather feedback.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by customers and escalate as necessary.

6. **Maintaining a Welcoming Environment**:

- Ensure the showroom and waiting areas are clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for customers.

7. **Collaboration with Sales and Service Teams**:

- Liaise with sales representatives, finance, and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to address customer needs.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for appointment scheduling and information lookup.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role primarily involves indoor work within the dealership showroom and customer service areas.
- May require occasional weekend or evening shifts based on dealership hours.
