Fonctions et responsabilités
- Nettoyage des pièces, des composants et des machines.
- Nettoyage et organisation de la cour
- Un peu d'entretien des stocks
- Aide aux autres employés de l'atelier à remplir leurs fonctions et à augmenter la productivité globale de l'atelier.
- Autres tâches selon les besoins.

Compétences requises
- Démontrer des pratiques de travail sécuritaires et efficaces
- Très motivé, avec d'excellentes aptitudes de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Capable d'exécuter et de comprendre des instructions verbales et écrites.
- Grand souci du détail
- Doit être capable de répondre aux exigences physiques de l'environnement de l'équipement lourd (p. ex. soulever jusqu'à 50 livres).

Expérience requise
- Doit être capable de travailler sous une supervision mínimale
- Aptitude à la mécanique et volonté d'apprendre requises
- Expérience du chariot élévateur à fourche et de la manutention de pièces lourdes est considérée comme un atout.Brandt is currently seeking a Labourer for our Brossard Construction & Forestry location. The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for controlling in and outbound equipment, washing equipment, and assisting shop service technicians.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning parts, components, and machines
- Cleaning and organizing the yard
- Some inventory maintenance
- Assisting the other shop personnel fulfill their duties and increase overall shop productivity
- Other duties as assigned

- Demonstrate safe and efficient workplace practices
- Highly motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to carry out and understand verbal and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be capable of meeting the physical demands of the heavy equipment environment (ie: lifting up to 50 lbs)

Required Experience
- Must be capable of working under mínimal supervision
- Previous mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required
- Forklift experience and heavy duty parts handling considered an asset
