**About us**

Yeti Painting Ltd. is a local painting company in Victoria, BC. The majority of our work is on residential homes. We do commercial and strata painting work as well

Quality of work and customer relations are two very important factors in this company.

**We are looking for 1 to 2 people with sufficient painting experience and knowledge, who can take on the responsibility of being a crew leader.**

**Do you**:

- Have experience painting residential homes, interior and exterior?
- Feel confident in your ability to perform all of the tasks associated with a full exterior repaint of a home?
- Understand the importance of prep work to provide a lasting finish?
- Have the communication skills to lead others?
- Have a passion for painting, and providing clients with exceptional work?

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee 1 - 3 other employees on a jobsite with you.
- Make sure that prep and painting standards are being performed properly on the job site.
- Communicate with other employees, as well as with clients, in a respectful and constructive manner.
- Hold yourself, as well as other employees accountable.
- Provide direction and assistance to fellow employees. Whether they have questions, or you see something that needs to be done differently, you will be the crew leader, so you must maintain and uphold a certain set of standards.
- Occasional trips to the paint store to pickup paint.
- Commute to and from job sites, showing up on time every day.
- Physically fit enough to work on ladders, move ladders, work in the sun.
- An open mind and a positive attitude.
- Stay on-top of stock, paints, letting your boss know what you need to keep work moving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
