Group Home Operator

Interlake provides services and support to individuals experiencing intellectual disabilities and our new facility is home to four adults.

The full-time position is an 11 or 12 hour shift model (mix of days and nights), averaging 84 hours in a two week period.

The casual position is based on the same shift model but on an as needed basis.

Wage negotiable based upon experience and we have a pension and benefits package for qualifying employees.

Qualifications:

- Experience providing support to adults with disabilities would be an asset. Training available to the right applicant.
- First Aid/CPR/AED, TLR, PART, and FoodSafe would be an asset
- Must have Valid Class 5 driver’s license and able to drive in rural and urban settings.
- Must provide a criminal record/vulnerable sector check
- Some lifting and physical work, personal care is required
