Work with the Residential Route at Paradisal Bliss.

Paradisal Bliss is a leader in Premium Cleaning. We're looking for an experienced and highly skilled operations manager to lead our Residential Route teams.

You'll be responsible for building and growing our residential route in the Halton and Peel regions. You will Monitor changes in the market and adjust plans accordingly. Communicate your findings and plans with the company's executives to ensure changes are implemented correctly.

You will be a fit for this role if you:

- Have at least 3 years experience in an Operations Management role.
- Have built or worked on growing teams within a company.
- Are a clear and able communicator.
- Can think outside of the box.
- Use data and your skills to drive your decisions and set priorities for projects and enhancements.
- Are able to balance innovation and improvement.
- Have experience with operational management in hospitality
- Are focused on continuous improvement, and are constantly measuring what matters.
- Have a customer and market-centric approach to business development.

This position adopts a hybrid work schedule.
**Minimum Experience & qualifications**:

- Experience in growing and building a team.
- Must have managed teams of at least 5 people.
- Experience with designing and deploying resilient and fault-tolerant systems in
- Proven ability to hire, train and evaluate team members.
- Highly organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Systematic problem-solver and effective communicator.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
