DDB Canada is currently building its Program Management department. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take on complex integrated work while supporting our program rollout. At DDB, we see Project Managers being the hub of information and being the guardians that keep projects on time and on budget. Our creative work needs structured support from problem solving individuals who can work effectively with a variety of agency teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Integrated Marketing Campaign Project Management
- Keen understanding of integrating multi-agency and multi-discipline teams across a project.
- Responsible for project communications and process adherence both internally and externally
- Project Scope Management
- Responsible for understanding project scope, identifying risks and proactively managing scope.
- Identify shifts in timing and scope while collaborating on challenges and solutions with the operations, production and account teams
- Tracking of the marketing budget alongside the Director of Program Management, ensuring DDB stays within client’s alotted project and production budgets.
- Project Schedule Management
- Develop and manage project timelines based on budget needed to complete the deliverables required.
- Work with Operations Team and Creative Directors to define best resources for all project stages.
- Project Cost Management
- Monitor and manage project burn reporting with finance team including tracking, mitigating, and reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Partner with finance, account, and operations and production teams to ensure weekly and monthly tracking of budget and hours is accurate and within scope.
- Support the Development of the Program Management Function
- Continuously provide information to Director of Program Management to improve the overall function and how it interacts with different departments.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of project management experience within an advertising agency or with multi-agency teams across disciplines.
- Attention to detail and extremely high standards for work and behavior; accountable, reliable, and dependable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to break down complex information.
- Proficient in project scoping, project planning, resource management, timeline creation, and risk management.
- Experience managing medium-to-large scale projects between $500,000 and $1,000,000 with various disciplines and stakeholders, including multi-agency teams.
- Ability to drive multiple projects and streams of work concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining proper documentation and reporting.
- Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, Workfront, Asana, etc.).
- Understanding of principles of marketing and communications planning, including strategy, creative, and production practices.
- Project management certifications considered but not mandatory
- Understanding of waterfall and agile methodology
